The powder feels like velour to the touch, she is silky smooth. The pigment is impressive for the price point as well. It's great as a setting powder, and has all day staying power and keeps oil at bay. The packaging is quite flimsy and doesn't marry with how high quality the powder seems to be, but it's a great point and we'll put up with it!
