To receive a colour match recommendation for products, you may submit the following information:

Our application calculates a recommended colour match using algorithms, statistical practices and, in some cases, anonymised purchase and return data. The transmitted basic data is saved in a dedicated database under a randomly generated session identifier.
On Our Retailer partner sites, Our session cookie contains the session identifier and refers to your data stored in Our session database. The cookie enhances the overall user experience of Our application, identifies returning users and makes it easier to use. It can identify recurring users so that you do not have to re-enter your basic information when using the application again. In some cases, it allows the immediate display of colour match recommendations on the product detail pages without using the application again.
We offer an augmented reality virtual try-on technology as part of Our services. This technology lets end users virtually try-on products using their own devices. The augmented reality technology captures and processes an image of the user’s face which is managed on the user’s device. At no time are any images, or other biometric information, sent to Us or shared with Us or the Retailer. The user may store the image on their own device for their own purposes. The stored image is the sole responsibility of the user.
When you use the virtual try-on service feature it will download to your personal device and run and process data on your device or browser. You may use the live service (using your device webcam on a local device, such as desktop camera). Your image will be processed locally on the device and (unless you choose to use the sharing feature described below) We will not see or collect the images on your device or browser. We may collect clickstream data about your use of the virtual try-on feature.
The virtual try-on feature will use an algorithm to analyze the picture to detect face landmarks to localize the region around key facial features (i.e., outline of eyes, lower part of nose, outline of lips, etc.). This information is used to digitally apply products to the correct areas and is not used to identify or verify the identity of any individual. Your image is not collected or stored by Us, but the result of the experience (picture with product applied) can be downloaded on your device, and you may have the option to share it on social platforms using the service. You are free not to use this service.
Our Services are not intended to be used by children or any person under the age of 18 years old. Accordingly, We do not intend to collect personal data from anyone or relating to anyone We know to be under 18 years of age.
